Application Instructions for the University Exchange Programs
The application deadlines and requirements differ depending on your host country, department and program of study. Therefore, we urge you to carefully read the following information and pay attention to the information relevant to you.
The application instructions contain information on
- where you can find information on all aspects of the application,
- what the application requirements are,
- which documents have to be submitted
- what the application process looks like in detail and
- what happens next after you submit your application.
The current application instructions will be published about two months before the next application deadline. After the application deadline, the instructions will remain online until the next update for guidance and orientation. Please make sure that you are following the application instructions in their current version.
Please note: In order to ensure a timely submission of your application, attend to all documents as soon as possible, especially the test date for your proof of language proficiency. Find out which kind of proof of language proficiency is accepted at your preferred university. The possible format of the proof of language proficiency is described in the respective application instructions.
